Keep your health information in one place with Fluxmed
With Fluxmed you can:
- Keep your exam requests, medical prescriptions, certificates (digitally signed) and relevant information from a consultation in a single repository. To do this, your preferred doctor or clinic must be using the version for clinics and offices of Fluxmed.
- If your preferred doctor or clinic does not use the version of Fluxmed for clinics and offices, you can use Fluxmed to keep, in one place, your test results, medications in use and have access wherever and whenever you need them.
- You can also share your health information in a secure and timely manner, with whoever you want and whenever you want, through a modern computer access consent mechanism, you can share it with family members, medical clinics or healthcare professionals in a safe and reliable way.
- Book medical appointments, in person or online, at all medical clinics or offices that use the Fluxmed network.
To maintain information security, to access Fluxmed you will need
- Valid CPF – Your CPF number will be validated in the Brazilian Federal Revenue database.
- Enter your first and last name, date of birth, email and a cell phone number in your name.
- Confirm your cell phone number with the token sent via SMS.
- Enter a personal and non-transferable password.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions and Confidentiality Statement.
